METHOD:

1. Mix together the water, oil, salt, cream of tartar, and food colouring in a saucepan. Ask an adult to turn on the stove top, and heat ingredients until warm.

2. Remove from heat and add flour.

3. Stir mixture, then knead it until its nice and smooth.

4. Store this dough in an airtight container when not playing with it so that it doesn't dry out!
