Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS:

1 ⅔ cup Lion Self Raising Flour

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup caster sugar

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 cup chocolate chips
-
125g butter, melted
METHOD:

Preheat oven to 200˚C (180˚C fan forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Combine the flour, sugars, egg and chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl. Add the melted butter and mix until a soft dough forms. If dough is not coming together, add ½ tsp water at a time until dough is formed.

Shape dough into balls and place on the baking tray, allowing room to spread.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Allow to cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
