Buttermilk Protein Crêpes
INGREDIENTS:
Lion Buttermilk Pancake + Protein Mix
380 mL (1 2/3 cups) of full cream milk
METHOD:
Shake bottle to loosen mix. Remove cap.
Add 380 mL of milk. Replace the cap tightly.
Turn bottle upside down and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour 60 mL (1/4 cup) of batter into a pre-heated, lightly greased pan over low heat and use T-shaped crêpe spreader (Rozell) or twirl the pan to spread the batter evenly.
Cook the crêpe until golden brown.
Enjoy with dark chocolate, banana, lemon curd, fresh berries, cottage cheese or any of your favourite toppings.
