Buttermilk Protein Waffles
INGREDIENTS:
Lion Buttermilk Pancake + Protein Mix
350 mL (1 1/2 cups) of full cream milk
METHOD:
Shake bottle to loosen mix. Remove cap.
Add 350 mL of milk or fill to the level indicated on this label. Replace the cap tightly.
Turn bottle upside down and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour the batter into a pre-heated waffle maker and cook it until golden brown.
Enjoy with maple syrup, honey, pat of butter or other toppings.
