Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • Any of our Lion Pancake + Protein Mix Range (Original, Maple Flavoured, Chocolate Chip, Buttermilk)

  • Full cream milk

  • All your favourite pancake toppings

METHOD:

Pancake Mix 325g


  1. Shake bottle to loosen mix. Remove cap.

  2. Add the specified amount of milk as indicated on the back of the carton or fill to the level line indicated on the label. Replace the cap tightly.

  3. Turn bottle upside down and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes.

  4. Cook pancakes of desired size over low heat in a lightly greased pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.


Pancake Mix 1.2kg


  1. Empty contents of one pancake sachet into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add full cream milk and mix with a whisk until combined into a smooth batter.

  3. Lightly grease the pan and bring it to a low heat on the stove top. 

  4. Pour batter onto pan to desired size. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

  5. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!




TIPS:

⦁ For thicker pancakes add less milk

⦁ For thinner pancakes add more milk
